Be careful watering plants, cleaning windows, and the floor on your balcony to ensure that water does not drip below onto your neighbour's balcony
They are cute but messy. Please refrain from feeding them.
Surely nobody has to be asked not to throw things off the balcony. That would just be gauche.
Do not enlarge your balcony
Fire code regulations allow for electric BBQs only. Please be mindful of your smoke. Remember we have BBQs on the fifth floor patio.
From time to time Victoria Park Place will post wind warnings so residents can make their balconies safe. We all must be alert to Environment Canada weather warnings.
